What Is The 'SRC'?
A Students' Representative Council aka the 'SRC' is a group of students from different classes who have been elected by their fellow students. The SRC are chosen to represent all students in the school and they help organize ways for the students of the school to participate more in school life. Some ways include planning different events for students to collaborate in, discussing solutions to improve not just school life but also their local community like creating fundraisers to help charity.
With the help of teachers, not to mention volunteers these events can go swimmingly or not-so swimmingly. But as long as you're having fun, being part of the SRC can be pretty exciting.. Perhaps next year you'd like to be in the SRC?
